May - October:
Wednesday through Thursday | 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday through Sunday | 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Last entry one hour before close. Please note on the weekend of July 27 and 28, last entry is at NOON.

November - April:
Thursday through Sunday | 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Special events occasionally affect these hours.

The museum is closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday.

The museum is closed Dec. 19 and will reopen after January 2025. For questions, comments or concerns, please contact the Friends of Villa Terrace organization.

Blue Star Museum Program: Free admission to the nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve

If the first Thursday is a holiday, the free Thursday will be the following week.

Photography and videography for the purposes of tourism, news and education are permitted at the Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum without a permit. For all other photography (including personal portraits, headshots, group or event photos) a permit and appointment must be gained in advance. For more information or to request a permit click here.
