Jennifer Current presents the legacy of Dan Kiley, America’s most important post-war landscape architect. The celebrated and in influential designer was known for the keen architectonic sense he brought to his over 1,000 gardens and open spaces. He was a Pioneer of Modernism and awarded the National Medal of Arts, a rare achievement for a Landscape Architect. His final project was the Cudahy Garden at the Santiago Calatrava designed Milwaukee Art Museum.

This garden lecture is the second of four organized by the Friends of Villa Terrace.
